Consulting

I use pattern disruption to create healthy spaces where change flourishes—for individuals, teams, and organizations.

If you want conventional organizational and team consulting services, I’m not your person.

My consulting services are, though, what many businesses need in order to stabilize and scale.

I stand out in the AI-saturated and certification heavy world of consulting, including change, operations, project and program management.

I ask questions that aren’t always easy to answer, and I hold the tension while things shift.

What we co-create addresses the real issues, not just symptoms or stories, in both personal and professional spaces.

We test, learn, grow, and ultimately co-create the right toolbox for your needs.

Be warned: I do not avoid the hard conversations. I’m called Coach Baba Yaga for a reason. Questions will be asked. Silence is normalized. Accountability and ownership of Self is required. Things will likely become uncomfortable, especially if you or your team prefers referencing the past vs creating the future. That is why you have me in the room. Not to ignore the issues, but to shed light on them so that you can make informed choices. This work works.

NOT SURE?

Many aren’t sure when they first reach out. That’s normal. Schedule an inquiry. We’ll explore:

  • What patterns are repeating in your organization
  • Why traditional approaches haven’t worked
  • Whether pattern disruption is right for you
  • Which engagement structure makes sense for your situation

No pressure. No pitch. Just an honest conversation about whether we’re a fit. I happily refer if we aren’t.

Sound familiar?

  • Gossip cultures (system failure, not people problem)
  • Normalized workplace abuse (gaslighting disguised as “feedback”)
  • Trauma-bonded leadership teams (unprocessed wounds creating dysfunction)
  • Performative psychological safety (everyone says the right things, nobody means it)
  • Control disguised as “high standards” (micromanagement as leadership style)
  • Enmeshment disguised as “culture” and “values” (boundaries erased, toxicity normalized)

These aren’t “culture issues.” These are systemic patterns that repeat until someone disrupts them.

That’s what I do.
